Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst 4 in Orlando to support project accounting, billing, and financial monitoring. The role interfaces with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.

The position emphasizes adherence to GAAP/FAR, proficiency with spreadsheets, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics. A strong attention to detail and effective communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting plus 3-5 years of related experience.
• AEC Industry experience preferred (Architecture, Engineering or Construction)
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance is required.

Responsibilities

• Project accounting including: Dynamics project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Project accounting to include: Microsoft Dynamics project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving, assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting plus 3-5 years of related

• Understand and adhere to GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as related to KCI billing.
