Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Project Analyst 4 to support project accounting, monthly billing, AR, and financial monitoring across multiple locations.

The role interfaces with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors, requiring strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail. ISO compliance and Dynamics experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree with related experience.
• AEC Industry experience preferred (Architecture, Engineering or Construction).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills are critical.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
• Ability to contribute within a team with diverse services and clients.
• Experience developing invoices and project tracking spreadsheets.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
• Must understand financial concepts.
• GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as related to KCI billing.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Project accounting including Dynamics setup, monthly billing and AR processes.
• Contract and billing file setup and archiving.
• Assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Project accounting to include: Microsoft Dynamics project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving, assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting plus 3-5 years of related
• AEC Industry firm experience is preferred, (Architecture, Engineering or Construction)

• Understand and adhere to GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as related to KCI billing.
