Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Analyst 4 to handle project accounting, billing, and reporting. This role supports project managers, analysts, and clients while ensuring ISO compliance and accurate financial monitoring.

The position requires a BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or an AA with 3–5 years related experience). Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, and all hires will undergo background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required, or Associate Degree plus 3-5 years of related experience.
• AEC Industry experience preferred (Architecture, Engineering or Construction).
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
• Experience with development and use of spreadsheets to prepare invoices and project tracking.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus.
• Must understand financial concepts and GAAP/FAR rules related to KCI billing.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Project accounting: Dynamics setup, monthly billing and AR, contract and billing file setup and archiving.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.

• Project accounting to include: Microsoft Dynamics project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving, assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.
