Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst 4 to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. The role focuses on project accounting, billing, and financial monitoring, with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics and GAAP/FAR compliance.

You will interface with project managers, clients, and vendors, assist with monthly reporting, and support senior leaders across the regional practice. A bachelor's or associate degree in business, finance, or accounting with 3–5 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting with 3–5 years related experience.
• AEC Industry firm experience preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills required.
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance.
• Experience with development and use of spreadsheets for invoices and project tracking.
• Understand GAAP/FAR rules and regulations related to KCI billing.
• Drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Project accounting including Dynamics setup, monthly billing and AR processes.
• Contract and billing file setup and archiving.
• Assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Other projects as assigned.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Project accounting to include: Microsoft Dynamics project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving, assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
• Comply with ISO requirements.
• Assist with client monthly reporting.
• Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors.
• Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.
• Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting plus 3-5 years of related
• AEC Industry firm experience is preferred, (Architecture, Engineering or Construction)

• Ability to contribute within team that includes a variety of services, clients, and personalities.

• Understand and adhere to GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as related to KCI billing.
