Job summary

ADP is seeking a Project Advisor for the Enhanced Time and ADP Workforce Manager Project Services Team. This role supports fee-based project work across Enhanced Time, Enterprise Market, and Workforce Suite, driving delivery quality and client outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in ADP Client Services or similar, plus 2–3 years in project management, with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Hybrid work model in the United States is offered.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of ADP Client Services experience, supporting Enhanced Time, Enterprise eTime, and ADP Workforce Manager products.
• 2-3 years of project management experience with evidence of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal partners and external clients.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and client-management abilities.
• College degree is helpful but not required; alternative experiences accepted (e.g. military).

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for multiple client projects concurrently.
• Scope work and create statements of work, timelines, fees, and milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track project hours and complete closeout activities.
