Job summary

ADP Major Accounts seeks a Professional Services Payroll/Time Consultant to lead client advisory engagements, analyze client needs, and demonstrate ADP HCM capabilities. You will cultivate trusted relationships with clients and guide optimization strategies across payroll, time and labor, HR, and IT systems.

The role emphasizes strategic consultant skills, strong communication with senior leaders, and travel up to 20%+.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of related Workforce Now Current Gen experience (Account Management, Project Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Business Consultant, application support, system implementation).
• Proven ability to apply consulting skills to complex business challenges, communicate effectively with executive audiences, and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 20% with occasionally higher travel volume required.

Responsibilities

• Consult. You will increase client retention by identifying and delivering HCM solution optimization recommendations customized to fit specific business needs of the client.
• Configure. You will perform needs analyses with client practitioners and key stakeholders in payroll, time and labor management, HR, IT and financial systems to determine optimization or customizations and develop strategic recommendations.
• Train. You will conduct highly customized product demonstrations addressing clients' requirements and ADP's capabilities.
• Create project plans and manage all project phases including deliverables, activities, timelines, and tracking hours.
• Represent ADP at product seminars and client user group meetings as needed.
• Develop processes, methods and tools that serve as industry benchmarks and be viewed as a subject matter expert.
