Job summary

ADP is seeking a Human Resource Business Advisor (HRBA) to deliver HR advisory support to clients, leveraging ADP products and best practices. This hybrid role combines office presence with remote work, and emphasizes training, client engagement, and HR project work across multiple HR topics.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years HR experience, a bachelor’s in HR or related field, and flexibility in work hours. PHR/SPHR and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in HR or related field is required.
• 2–3 years HR experience with at least 1 year generalist experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours (Mon–Fri) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support on federal and state laws, compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
• Explain HR best practices and product capabilities to ADP clients.
• Schedule trainings and meetings with clients; manage inbound/outbound communications.
• Stay current on employment laws at state and federal levels and update knowledge.
• Participate in HR content creation and training projects to enhance service delivery.
