ADP Major Accounts is seeking a Professional Services Payroll/Time Consultant to lead client advisory engagements and drive deep system utilization. You will build trusted relationships with clients and deliver tailored HCM solutions through strategic analysis and product demonstrations.

In this role, you will consult on optimization, configure needs analyses across payroll, time and labor, and conduct highly customized product demos while managing project plans and milestones.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in workforce management, payroll, HR, or client advisory services.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills to executive audiences.
• Ability to analyze complex business needs and recommend optimizations.
• Willingness to travel ~20% and work with diverse client teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; military experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Consult and deliver billable Client Advisory Services engagements.
• Perform needs analyses across payroll, time and labor, HR and related systems.
• Conduct customized product demonstrations addressing client requirements.
• Create project plans and manage all phases including hours and milestones.
• Represent ADP at seminars, year-end events, and client meetings.
• Develop benchmarks and serve as a subject matter expert for the team.
