Job summary

ADP is seeking a Project Advisor for the Enhanced Time / ADP Workforce Manager Project Services Team. This internal opportunity supports high-visibility projects across Enhanced Time and ADP Workforce Manager, driving delivery quality and client outcomes.

The role partners across Service, Implementation, and Professional Services to address standardizations, migrations, and system reconfigurations, with a focus on ensuring client success.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of ADP Client Services experience, or equivalent external experience, supporting Enhanced Time, Enterprise eTime, and ADP Workforce Manager products and related modules.
• 2-3 years of project management experience, with proven success managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal partners and external clients.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery by managing multiple client projects and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to optimize configurations, upgrades, and customizations.
• Support a broad range of project types including merges, migrations, spins, and module revamps.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and risk management.
• Ensure quality via detailed testing and post-project review.
• Collaborate across Sales, Implementation, Service, and Professional Services to improve processes.
