Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator to join the project operations team in Virginia. The role focuses on organizing documents, data entry, and a range of administrative tasks across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Program Management, prepare briefs and plans, and develop templates for proposals and reports. Strong writing, coordination skills, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience authoring responses to statements of work, staffing plans, past performance sections, management plans, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Management on proposals and project deliverables.
• Maintain proposal, project and contractual documentation including contract repositories.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and perform related duties.
• Serve as focal point for issue resolution, including contracts and payment issues.
• Track and document change orders for commercial and federal contracts.
• Develop tracking lists for proposal, deliverable, project and contract management.
