Qualifications

• 8+ years of project accounting experience, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred.
• Experience supporting project budgets, cost allocations, and billing.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with Senior Project Accountant and PMs on project setup and closeout.
• Input billing data into client systems and prepare monthly client invoices.
• Assist with invoicing clients weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.
• Research client questions and prepare credit memos as needed.
• Process accounts payable invoices from subcontractors.
• Perform administrative tasks as required.
