Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred at hire; ACLS to be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop a plan of care.
• Serve as liaison for patient care coordination across departments.
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
