Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Current state RN licensure.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire; BLS preferred at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment; create and evaluate plan of care.
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination across departments.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety.
