The position requires 1 year of RN experience, a current RN license, and BLS; ACLS is preferred at hire. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and participate in safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred at hire, must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment; create and adjust care plans
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Administer medications safely according to policies
• Other duties as assigned
