Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Progressive Care (Step Down) at Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The nurse will collaborate with the care team, assess patients, develop and evaluate care plans, and ensure a safe therapeutic environment while coordinating care across hospital units.

Requirements include BSN, RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS. At least 1 year of RN experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

• Strong skills in patient assessment and developing care plans.

Responsibilities
