Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Cincinnati seeks a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) for Anderson Hospital to deliver high-quality nursing care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

The role requires 1 year of RN experience and an active RN license; BSN is preferred, with BLS/ACLS recommended. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided by the faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred)
• Current state RN licensure (required)
• BLS or ACLS (preferred; ACLS within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and create a plan of care
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments
• Serve as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement
• Administer medications safely per policy and scope
• Other duties as assigned
