Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse at St. Anne Hospital in Ohio. The RN will bridge Med-Surg and ICU, assess patient status, and develop care plans to improve outcomes while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.

Requirements include RN licensure, 1 year of RN experience, and BLS/ACLS as applicable. BSN preferred; benefits and professional development are offered to associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred, not required)
• Current state RN licensure
• BLS Basic Life Support or ACLS (preferred at hire; ACLS within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans
• Serve as patient care coordinator across hospital departments
• Advance patient safety through quality improvement initiatives
• Administer medications per policy and state practice
• Perform other duties as assigned
