Job summary

Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a Progressive Care (Step down) Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care. The role acts as the service line between Med-Surg and ICU, assessing patient status and developing care plans to improve outcomes.

Essential duties include collaboration with the care team, conducting assessments, planning and implementing treatments, coordinating patient care, and administering medications safely under policies.

Qualifications

• RN license required (Current state licensure)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred at hire, must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire
