Top Echelon Software, LLC in Great Falls, Montana, seeks an experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to join an inpatient team. You will provide direct nursing care to hemodynamically stable and transitioned patients on a step-down unit and collaborate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted Montana RN license (or compact/endorsement eligibility).
• Core certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or obtain within 6 months).
• Post-graduate experience in an advanced Medical/Surgical unit; ICU/PCU/Stepdown preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized direct nursing care on a stepdown unit for stable or intermittently unstable patients.
• Care for diverse conditions including post-procedure and complex surgical cases.
• Monitor, assess, and intervene to prevent deterioration.
• Operate advanced medical equipment (arterial lines, central lines, chest tubes, vents).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge.
