Base pay range

$74,000.00/yr - $92,500.00/yr

This is a remote position.

What We’re Looking For

SHAZAM is looking for a Programmer/Conversion Specialist to join our implementations team. In this role, you will provide a seamless integration between the core implementation specialists, customers, and the technical components of the implementation process.

What You'll Do

1. Analyze, reformat, and validate deconversion data from vendors, including data types such as packed ASCII, packed unsigned EBCDIC, and binary data types.
2. Work with core implementation specialists, receiving and processing instructions on conversion mapping to produce timely converted data sets for review by the team and customers.
3. Coordinate and manage the technical aspects of the implementation process, including building customer database structures, designing the implementation environment, managing conversion input flow, and ensuring completeness of the conversion structure.
4. Maintain high attention to detail and caution to ensure client data security during implementation.

What You Need

1. Minimum of five years of programming experience.
2. Thorough knowledge of IBM iSeries, RPG, SQL, FTP, and other relevant programming and systems.
3. Experience with customer ticket tracking systems and troubleshooting skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
