Your mission:

Follow up in real time

Close warm leads

Build the system that scales

You’ll start by running calls and closing deals yourself. Then, you’ll build the process and eventually lead the team to scale it.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow up with Facebook-generated leads (roofers, painters, contractors, etc.)
  • Design killer SMS/email/call cadences
  • Run proof of concept calls (POCs) that convert
  • Create the re-engagement playbook
  • Partner with marketing like a co-founder of the conversion engine
  • Build the playbook, then the team

What Success Looks Like

  • Revenue growth from inbound channels
  • A repeatable system that future reps can plug into
  • You owning your number — and beating it
  • 5–10 years in sales (digital marketing, SEO, Google/Facebook Ads)
  • Growth hacker energy — not call center vibes
  • You speak like a human, not a buzzword machine
  • Bonus: You’ve built nurture flows or used AI in your follow-up process
