Yahoo is seeking a Client Performance Senior Specialist to own end-to-end management of programmatic/native ad campaigns in a fast-paced DSP environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to optimize campaigns from inception to completion, including self-service clients.

Qualifications

3–5 years in digital advertising operations
Hands-on DSP/programmatic/native advertising experience
Experience or interest in AI productivity tools to analyze data and speed workflows
Strong written and verbal communication across Sales and Legal

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup, billing, and delivery in the Native platform.
Oversee complex creative/ad builds across platforms ensuring specs and KPIs are met.
Monitor high-value campaigns against conversion-based KPIs and optimize with account teams.
Support self-service advertisers with setup guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
