Responsibilities include overseeing campaign setup, creative builds, AI-enabled efficiency gains, and liaison with legal and billing to ensure smooth reconciliation. Hybrid work is supported, with emphasis on high-impact operational work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in digital advertising operations or related field.
• Hands-on DSP experience in programmatic/native advertising.
• Interest or experience with AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-value projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with Sales and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign and creative setup and billing in Native platform.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms.
• Monitor delivery and performance against KPIs and optimize with account teams.
• Support self-service advertisers with setup guidance and troubleshooting.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate timelines.
• Provide creative performance evaluations to translate data into recommendations.
• Collaborate with Legal, billing, and collections to reconcile issues.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to detect delivery anomalies and suggest optimizations.
• Replace repetitive tasks with automated workflows and lead project workstreams.
