Job summary

Yahoo Inc. seeks a Client Performance Senior Specialist to manage programmatic native campaigns. You will own end-to-end campaign setup, delivery monitoring, and optimization within our performance platform, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Client Experience Leads to ensure client success.

You will support both managed and self-service advertisers, apply AI-assisted insights, and drive operational efficiency across a fast-paced environment while upholding Yahoo standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or related field.
• Hands-on DSP experience in programmatic, performance, or native advertising.
• Experience with AI productivity tools for data synthesis and communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-value projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup and billing in Native platform.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms.
• Monitor delivery and performance against KPIs and optimize results.
• Support self-service advertisers with setup guidance, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate launches.
