Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Client Performance Senior Specialist to lead the operational management of programmatic native campaigns within a fast-paced DSP environment. You will collaborate with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to ensure campaigns meet goals from inception to completion.

The role requires strong programmatic experience, comfort with AI tools, and excellent cross-functional communication to optimize performance and protect revenue.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with a DSP in programmatic/performance/native advertising.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed operations.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in cross-functional settings (Sales, Legal).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign setup and billing in Native platform.
• Oversee complex creative/ad builds across platforms and ensure KPI targets.
• Monitor delivery and performance against KPI goals; collaborate with account teams.
• Support self-service advertisers with setup guidance and optimization.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks and accelerate launches.
• Act as consultant to sales and Client Experience Leads with data-informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with legal, billing, and collections to resolve complex issues.
