Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a DSP, with programmatic/native advertising background.
• Experience or interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed operations.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high‑value projects.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and make sound judgments.
• Excellent written and oral communication in cross-functional Sales/Legal teams.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of campaign and creative setup and billing in our Native platform.
• Oversee creation and management of complex creative/ad builds across platforms to meet specs and KPIs.
• Monitor delivery and performance against conversion metrics; collaborate with account teams to improve results.
