You will support self-service advertisers and collaborate with Sales, Client Experience Leads, and clients to optimize performance and protect revenue.

You will own complex workstreams, mentor teammates, and apply AI-driven insights to improve delivery, reporting, and creative effectiveness across Yahoo ad platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management.
• Hands-on DSP experience with programmatic/native advertising.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI productivity tools to synthesize data and speed workflows.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in cross-functional settings with Sales and Legal.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operational setup and billing for native campaigns.
• Lead complex creative/ad builds ensuring specs and KPIs.
• Monitor delivery against KPI targets and optimize.
• Support self-service advertisers with setup guidance and troubleshooting.
• Identify AI-driven efficiencies to reduce manual tasks.
• Advise sales and client teams with performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with legal, billing, and finance for reconciliation.
• Use AI-augmented analysis to spot trends and optimize creatives.
• Lead project phases and mentor teammates.
