Job summary

WPP Media in the United States seeks a Senior Associate, Media Optimization to manage programmatic campaigns end-to-end, from setup through reporting, partnering with Copilot AI experts to drive client outcomes.

You will gain hands-on experience across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, and emerging channels, leveraging proprietary AI tools to optimize budgets and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience on programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr).
• Experience with ad servers (DCM, Sizmek, AdForm).
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, and JavaScript in advertising.
• Understanding of online ad industry, targeting, and DSP/SSP metrics; DOOH knowledge a plus.
• Eager to learn new tools (HTML, Big Query, Python).
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own setup of programmatic campaigns (TTD, DV360, Xandr, Amazon).
• Manage campaigns end-to-end: setup, QA, optimization, reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot HTML tags, pixels, or verification issues.
• Develop tagging strategies with account teams; drive test and scale programs.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve client strategy.
