Job summary

WPP Media, WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, seeks a Senior Associate, Media Optimization to manage programmatic campaigns from setup to reporting and to drive client investment goals.

You will collaborate with Copilot AI experts, analysts, and account teams to translate data into actionable insights, optimize across DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon, and grow programmatic knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working on biddable or programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Xandr (ideally including certification).
• Experience with one or more ad servers (DCM, Sizmek, AdForm).
• Good understanding of the online ad industry, ad targeting and optimization through DSPs/SSPs, and related metrics (video/DOOH) is a plus.
• Passion for advertising technology and AI; willingness to learn new tools (HTML, BigQuery, Python).
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Google Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan the structure and take ownership of the setup of programmatic campaigns (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon).
• Manage all aspects of campaigns including setup, tracking, QA, optimizations, pacing, and profitability updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot creative, HTML tags, pixel-related or verification issues.
