The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of related consulting or transformation experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, or related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NIH reorganization activities by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables.
• Engage with NIH ICs by gathering input and supporting meeting prep and follow-up.
• Develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts and logs.
• Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, flag risks or delays.
• Update policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new structures.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Conduct basic research and analysis on current-state operations and improvements.
