Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Scientific Program Analyst to support NIH research and program management on the Bethesda or Baltimore campuses. You will assist with planning, coordination, reporting, and strategic support for scientific programs.

You will analyze information, develop communications, coordinate meetings, track milestones, and help improve processes while collaborating with federal staff, researchers, and contractors. A relevant science degree and public trust eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, public health or related field.
• Minimum one year of scientific program support or related experience.
• Experience with federal agencies or scientific programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of scientific programs.
• Analyze information to support leadership decision-making.
• Develop reports, briefings, dashboards and white papers for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings and scientific review activities with multiple groups.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks and actions to align with objectives.
• Monitor performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct literature reviews and environment scans to support priorities.
• Assist with budget planning, resource tracking and program reporting.
