eTelligent Group seeks a Program Operations professional to manage NIH GRC ZTA project tasks in the OCIO. You will oversee scheduling, quality records, wiki maintenance, help desk, and reporting for a fast-moving, deliverable-driven program based in Bethesda, with occasional on-site support.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with 4+ years in federal program analysis, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and reporting tools. NIH suitability and PIV credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of program or business analysis, preferably on federal contracts.
• Experience producing monthly status reports and maintaining schedules and risk logs.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Ability to obtain an NIH suitability determination and PIV credential; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IMS updates, action items, risk and issue logs, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare the Monthly Status Report, including performance metrics and the GFE inventory.
• Administer the Quality Control Plan: track definitions of done, three-gate review sign-offs in Jira, comment-disposition matrices, and the five-business-day correction cycle.
• Manage the OCIO ZTA Wiki: Git-versioned pages, each with an owner, version, and review date; quarterly refresh cycles; and a 100% freshness target.
• Run the ZTA help desk queue in ServiceNow. Route questions to the right pillar SME, make sure answers go out within three business days, and turn recurring questions into FAQs.
• Coordinate monthly IC office-hours logistics and track attendance by IC. Distribute the monthly enterprise communications with ISAO and track their reach.
• Maintain the Process Integration Tracker (Subtask 2.3).
• Build Power BI dashboards for delivery, adoption, and ZT maturity metrics, and check every release for Section 508 conformance.
