Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Two years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, or related fields
• Proficiency with MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be local to the DC metro area and able to commute to Bethesda, MD
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD public trust

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by tracking timelines, action items, and deliverables
• Assist with engaging stakeholders across NIH ICs by gathering input and supporting meeting prep and follow-up
• Help develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts and tracking logs
• Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting risks or delays
• Support updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new structures
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations
