Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support NIH-related programs with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. The role is on-site at NIH campuses in Bethesda, MD or Baltimore, MD, contributing to efficient program operations, workflows, and coordination activities.

You will manage tasks, schedules, and documentation, assist with onboarding/offboarding and staffing logistics, and serve as a central point of contact across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of experience in operations, administration or project coordination.
• Familiarity with project management tools or task-tracking systems.
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional or remote teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

• Provide operational and administrative support to project teams and program leadership.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
