Guidehouse is seeking an OMA Program Administration Specialist in Bethesda, MD to support NIH reorganization efforts by coordinating timelines, action items, and deliverables. You will gather input from NIH ICs, prepare meetings, and help update org charts and tracking logs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years in consulting, strategy, or change management, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, or related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverables.
• Engage stakeholders across NIH Institutes and Centers by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-up.
• Develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentation.
• Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting risks or delays to the team.
• Update policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structures.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations and potential improvements.
