Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a data-driven professional to support NIH programs on the Bethesda or Baltimore campuses. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor scientific research programs, analyze information for leadership decisions, and develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking milestones, and supporting budget planning and program reporting. Strong communication and collaboration across federal staff, scientists, and contractors are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, public health, life sciences, biomedical sciences, health sciences, psychology, chemistry, epidemiology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of scientific program support, program analysis, research administration, public health, biomedical research, or related experience.
• Experience supporting federal agencies, research organizations, academic institutions, or scientific programs.
• Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Experience developing reports, presentations, executive briefings, and written deliverables.
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of scientific research programs.
• Analyze information to support leadership decision-making.
• Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and other materials for stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, and scientific review activities.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and actions to align with objectives.
• Monitor program performance and identify process improvements.
• Conduct literature reviews, environmental scans, and analyses to support priorities.
• Assist with budget planning, resource tracking, and reporting activities.
