Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. seeks a Program Support Specialist 1 to join its Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit in the United States. You will support program management, documentation, and procurement for federal, local, and commercial customers, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills with MS Office/SharePoint proficiency; federal/DoD contract experience is a plus, and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 6+ years of experience.
• 4+ years with an Associates degree.
• 0+ years of experience with a Bachelors degree.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Strong computer skills in word processing and portals.
• Federal / DoD contract experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on business and contractual matters, including deliverables and reporting.
• Maintain contractual, proposal, and project documentation including contract repositories.
• Prepare and track documentation for employee permits, security, certification, access, and travel requests.
• Ensure contract compliance and perform related duties as assigned.
• Serve as focal point for issue resolution including commercial and federal compliance and payment issues.
• Complete and track project deliverables for technical installation (inventory reports, QA forms, status reports).
• Create and modify material lists, shipping documentation, and track materials through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate purchases, shipments, and deliveries; develop a system to track and expedite deliveries.
• Collaborate with management and engineering to ensure timely procurement and shipment of equipment.
• Research part numbers, manufacturers, and product specifications.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
