Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of recent work experience preferred (internships/volunteer considered).
• Ability to be trained in medication monitoring within 30 days of hire.
• Must have valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across Residential, Outreach, and Recovery Learning Centers.
• Remain available for on-call assignments to ensure staffing.
• Adapt to workflow across programs while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor participant safety and residential activities; document interactions and incidents.
