Project HOME seeks a part-time Support Staff member to help foster a safe, recovery-oriented environment for residents in housing programs. This on-site role emphasizes welcoming residents, monitoring access, and assisting with daily living tasks, while supporting wellness and community engagement.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year in related social services, and ServSafe certification or achievement within 90 days.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health, homelessness services, residential programs, human services, or related field.
• ServSafe Certification required at time of hire or within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorized individuals enter the site.
• Welcome residents, staff, visitors, and approved delivery personnel while maintaining logs.
• Conduct routine building rounds and document observations related to resident and facility safety.
• Respond to emergencies and crises using de-escalation techniques and established protocols.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment.
• Work independently on-site with on-call support when needed.
