Project HOME is seeking a weekend Support Staff member to assist residents with daily living, safety, and communication tasks. The role supports individuals facing mental health challenges on Saturdays and Sundays, 8 hours, across a shift between 6:30 AM and 7 PM.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a ServSafe certificate within 90 days, and at least 1 year of experience in behavioral health or homelessness. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certificate at time of hire or within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health or homelessness.

Responsabilités

• Maintain site health and safety, log visitors and deliveries, and document rounds.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and document shift summaries in logs and Teams.
• Engage residents respectfully and facilitate recovery and community groups.
• Attend meetings/trainings and assist with daily living tasks and meals as needed.
• Monitor residents for medication adherence per policy and site protocols.
