Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers in Ford City, PA seeks an Assistant Program Supervisor to support daily operations at an outpatient MAT center. You will work with the Program Supervisor, help manage staffing, scheduling, and front-office duties, and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, participating in interviews, onboarding new teammates, and addressing patient concerns while advancing KPI goals and a culture that aligns with Crossroads values.

Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with experience in Office Based Opioid Treatment programs and supervisory experience.
• Must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and fosters an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Assists Program Supervisor with KPI achievement: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Participates in interviews for open positions and assists onboarding of new staff.
• Monitors team performance and compliance; supports staff training.
• Manages schedules and timecards for center teammates; front-office duties.
• Serves as primary contact for patient concerns and escalation to supervisor.
• Maintains patient insurance information and discusses insurance concerns.
