Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to join our outpatient opioid treatment team in Feasterville-Philadelphia area. You will support the Program Supervisor, help manage KPI performance, oversee front office operations, and assist with staff development and interviews.

The role requires supervisory experience, familiarity with office-based opioid treatment, and a commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Supervisory, leadership, and staff development experience.
• Experience working in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program or with substance use/mental health populations.
• Program Supervisor must meet state-defined licensure, education and experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment aligned with Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture.
• Support and reinforce Crossroads policies and procedures.
• Assist Program Supervisor in achieving KPI targets: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS.
• Partner with Program Supervisor on employee relations and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and staff training.
• Manage front office duties including check-in/out, vitals, and urine toxicology.
• Ensure timely lab processing and reconcile payments.
• Serve as primary contact for patient concerns and insurance discussions.
• Oversee supplies and communicate changes to the team.
