Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability in Brooklyn is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee health, safety, and habilitation for the people we support. You will ensure therapeutically documented supervision levels across residences, day programs, or community settings.

You will lead interdisciplinary team meetings, supervise staff, manage program coverage, and maintain compliance with agency practices while collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• BA/BS strongly preferred; supervisory experience required.
• Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring health, safety, and habilitation of the people we support.
• Providing program/floor coverage and supervising staff.
• Leading and facilitating interdisciplinary team meetings and staff meetings.
• Overseeing program finances and ensuring budgetary compliance.
• Maintaining documentation and relationships with families.
