YAI - Seeing beyond disability Brooklyn is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead and develop a team of 10–25 staff across residential and day programs. You will oversee clinical activities, ensure compliance with NYS regulations, and act as a key liaison with families to promote person-centered care.

You will advocate for participants, supervise documentation, manage meetings, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance quality services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Prior Direct Support Professional experience preferred.
• Background in supporting people with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Takes initiative and is flexible with hours.

Responsabilités

• Providing staff training, mentoring and supervision of 10–25 staff members.
• Overseeing clinical programming and ensuring NYS regulations are met.
• Maintaining health, safety, and habilitation standards for the people we support.
• Leading interdisciplinary team and staff meetings; coordinating plan reviews.
• Participating in hiring and staff development; supervising performance evaluations.
• Maintaining program budgets and records related to expenditures.
