Job summary

VOALA in Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor I to provide experience-based leadership and administrative support to meet contracted goals and daily KPIs. You will supervise staff, oversee intake, service plans, and delivery of services to clients, while ensuring data quality and compliance with policies.

You will conduct weekly case conferences, audits, and mentor team members, coordinating with partners to expand services for veterans, homeless, and at-risk populations.

Qualifications

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Six months of supervisory experience in social services.
• Ability to work with diverse, vulnerable clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff to meet grant objectives and KPI targets.
• Coordinate intake, service plans, and delivery of services to clients.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and monthly file audits.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies and funder requirements.
• Train and mentor staff and collaborate with community partners.
• Support outreach and other duties as assigned.
