Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor I to support program staff, ensure contract goals are met, and coordinate daily operations on-site. You will monitor service delivery, supervise staff, and prepare case notes and reports for directors.

Required: Associate’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of supervisory experience in social services. A Master of Social Work is preferred. VOALA offers competitive medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background checks.
• Experience supervising program staff in a social services setting.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; MSW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, service plans, and delivery of services to clients.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and audits to ensure accurate records.
