Biogensys is seeking a Program Specialist in Trenton, NJ to support the Product Registration group and navigate PPS, ALSTAR, and PEGA systems. The role focuses on processing change requests, verifying product data, and maintaining current records during peak periods.

You will handle backlogs, assist with September renewals, review product labels, and ensure accurate company and billing details across multiple databases, delivering reliable support to the registration team.

Responsabilidades

• Process PPS product change requests and verify product data in PPS.
• Handle PPS registrant change requests and backlog, especially before renewals.
• Support September renewal process, including handling invoices and late renewals.
• Review 25B product labels and ensure accuracy of company name and billing details.
• Process product revisions via ALSTAR, PEGA/AllStar or email to keep records up to date.
