Job summary

The FDA seeks a detail-oriented Regulatory Program Support Specialist to back the Food Facility Registration and Complaint Programs. You will manage records, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support adverse event and product problem tracking in a remote capacity to advance public health.

You will engage stakeholders, interpret applicable regulations, and ensure data accuracy across information systems, contributing to timely regulatory submissions and effective branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Regulatory Affairs preferred.
• 3–5 years in regulatory program support or related field.
• Experience managing regulatory records or compliance activities in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with document control, records management and information governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide public health and regulatory support to FDA Food Facility Registration and Complaint Programs.
• Support adverse event, product problem tracking, and regulatory misconduct programs.
• Coordinate record-keeping systems and information governance.
• Engage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional activities across offices.
• Enter, validate, and maintain data across regulatory databases with high accuracy.
• Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders.
