Job summary

HomeSource Systems in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Senior Product Data Specialist to own data integrity across the product catalog in RPS, POS, and e-commerce. You will map vendor feeds, audit attributes and pricing, and resolve import errors to keep thousands of records clean.

You’ll work with IT and product teams on improvements, develop documentation, and ensure data quality across multiple environments. Strong Excel, SQL, and PIM/ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in product catalog operations, merchandising, or data management.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and large dataset cleanup.
• Experience with PIM and/or ERP systems, catalog architecture, and data workflows.
• Working SQL knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience with structured data feeds (API, XML, CSV, FTP).
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate data cleanup, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and reliable under a consistent workload.
• Clear communicator able to work across product, IT, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Data integrity across every system we run, with direct impact on every dealer we serve.
• Maintain product data accuracy and up to date across RPS, POS, and e-commerce.
• Map raw vendor feeds into internal catalog standards.
• Run regular audits of attributes, pricing, categories, and assets.
• Monitor data imports and close errors fast; own investigation from report to resolution.
• Use SQL to check data integrity, run bulk updates, and produce reports.
• Handle structured data formats across PIM and ERP environments.
• Collaborate with IT on catalog system improvements and translate requirements.
• Document workflows, mappings, and processes for scalability.
