Job summary

Biogensys seeks a Senior Personnel Analyst to support our client in Paramus, NJ. The role involves reviewing personnel programs, implementing reporting systems, and advising management on workforce metrics. Responsibilities include recruitment support, new employee orientation, and driving retention initiatives.

The position requires data analysis skills, experience with ATS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. The work is office-based with a typical 24-hour weekly schedule as needed.

• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on workforce trends.

Responsibilities

• Review personnel programs and ensure policy adherence.
• Install and modify reporting systems to measure workload and effectiveness.
• Analyze personnel operations and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Provide information and assistance to management, employees, and unions.
• Assist in recruitment and interviews; support retention initiatives.
• Conduct new employee orientation and explain department policies and benefits.
• Develop training presentations for department staff.
• Analyze turnover data and conduct exit interviews.
